We are a small, professional clinic focused on results-driven massage therapy. Every session is delivered with our No Rush Philosophy, allowing the time needed to assess, treat, and help you move toward lasting relief.
Foot Pain Starts at the Ground — So Does the Solution.
Orthotics are custom shoe insoles designed to manage and prevent pain and dysfunction in your feet, legs and lower back. Simply bring your doctors prescription to your appointment, or if you don't have one, call us directly and we can walk you through the process.

Our Naturopathic Health Assessment will take a look at how to optimize your health. Common health concerns include Digestive Health, Hormones & Women's Health, Inflammation, Chronic Pain, Metabolic Concerns, Weight Management, Skin Conditions & General Health and Prevention.

Acupuncture can be a great tool for reducing pain, chronic muscle tension, headaches and restoring balance to the mind and body. Our Naturopathic Doctor will take a detailed initial assessment of your heath and determine a therapeutic plan suited to your individual needs. Needles will be used for approximately 20-30 minutes. Treatments are covered under most extended health plans.
Every initial appointment begins with a focused pain assessment, designed to uncover the root of your symptoms. Based on what we find, we’ll build a treatment plan together — whether that means weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions — to help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love.
While massage therapy is the foundation of how we treat pain and dysfunction, we go further. Your session may include evidence-informed techniques like Stretching, Myofascial Release, Deep Heat Therapy, or Cupping. These tools help accelerate healing and improve outcomes for chronic and acute pain conditions like lower back pain, sciatica, or repetitive strain injuries.
What happens between treatments matters. After your first session, we’ll recommend personalized stretches or movement strategies to help you stay on track and reduce pain between visits — so you’re not just waiting for relief, you’re working toward it.
If we do not answer the phone, kindly leave us a message as we are busy treating other patients.
We will return your call before the end of the business day.
